(Paracelso 1493-1541)<\/h3><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-d978f55 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"d978f55\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1988a1be\" data-id=\"1988a1be\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-304b456b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"304b456b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In questi tempi moderni la sofferenza della schiena la fa da padrona in tutte le categorie sociali, operai impiegati, casalinghi, manager, studenti, sportivi, insegnanti, sanitari senza esclusione alcuna.<\/p><p>La schiena inoltre per merito della sua sofisticata architettura pu\u00f2 presentare dolore in pi\u00f9 distretti, lombare, dorsale, cervicale con annessi ulteriori fastidi come sciatalgie, brachialgie, e tutte le infiammazioni nervose connesse e collegate.<\/p><p>In questo articolo desidero focalizzare l\u2019attenzione sulla comunemente detta \u201ccervicale\u201d o meglio cervicalgia, la sofferenza generica del distretto che parte dalla base fino alla estremit\u00e0 superiore del collo.<\/p><p>Le cause di questa sofferenza possono essere molteplici, come facilmente rilevabile dai testi di medicina, ma spesso accade che, temendo chiss\u00e0 quale recondita e misteriosa\u00a0 eziologia, o si tralasci l\u2019attenzione dalle cose pi\u00f9 semplici oppure ci si lanci sui pi\u00f9 veloci e pratici trattamenti sintomatici, che altrettanto celermente svaniranno nell\u2019effetto.<\/p><p>E\u2019 chiaro che se devo affrontare un viaggio, o un esame o un colloquio o un azione inderogabile, la cosa pi\u00f9 sensata sia assumere un antidolorifico con lo scopo di permettere la gestione a buon fine della stessa, ben sapendo per\u00f2 che non sono andato a curare il male, ma bens\u00ec ho sospeso temporaneamente i disturbi per il tempo strettamente necessario all\u2019arrivo al traguardo.<\/p><p>Senza andare a disturbare la scienza statistica si pu\u00f2 dire che una \u201cgran\u201d parte dei mal-di-testa siano di origine \u201cmuscolo-tensiva\u201d e cio\u00e8 causata da una o pi\u00f9 contratture muscolari residenti nella zona tra scapole e calotta cranica. Da ci\u00f2 deriva che prima di sottoporsi a esami pi\u00f9 o meno invasivi e\/o trattamenti farmaceutici sarebbe molto <u>pi\u00f9 saggio ricorrere ad un trattamento decontratturante tramite massaggio<\/u> delle zone cosiddette bloccate, o ristrette, o raccorciate o legate e simili\u2026<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section considerare il fatto che anche una generica costrizione generale del distretto spalle-collo-testa possa comportare mal di testa come conseguenza di una alterata circolazione sanguigna o una disturbata tensione dei nervi cranici.<\/p><p>Pertanto oltre a decontratturare i singoli muscoli direttamente responsabili sarebbe opportuno procedere ad un massaggio profondo, connettivale e drenante di tutta la zona dorso-cervicale.<\/p><p>Avendo cognizione infine che il nostro corpo sia un insieme tutto strettamente interconnesso dalla punta del piede alla calotta cranica, non solo sarebbe opportuno nella stessa seduta procedere a massaggiare tutta la schiena a partire dalla \u201cbase\u201d lombare, ma ancora meglio, a titolo di benessere immediato e di prevenzione, concedersi almeno una volta al mese una seduta lunga di massaggio che sciolga le tensioni muscolari eventualmente manifestatesi lungo l\u2019estensione del corpo, dalla testa ai piedi e viceversa.<\/p><p>Per scongiurare eventuali esami e\/o farmaci, costosi e\/o portatori di effetti collaterali, la prima scelta dovrebbe essere quella di permettersi un massaggio decontratturante, privo di effetti collaterali e
